We seek the full job description, qualifications and timing. Our professional Staffing Specialists find out whether the job is temporary short term or long term, temp-to-hire, or a direct hire choice. Many clients like the temp-to-hire option because it allows them the flexibility to evaluate employees for 500 hours before taking them on their payroll. It also allows an employer to see if their current business status warrants a permanent employee.

Next, our highly trained Staffing Specialists check their databases and various resources in search of the most qualified applicant. We also advertise when necessary. Applicants can and do, apply in person or online, with an automated email response to confirm receipt. We make every effort to make applying for work an easy experience.

We probe well to learn about qualifications, goals and availability. Careful evaluation and screening is conducted by our Staffing Specialists. It includes verifiable work history; 2 verifiable work references; applicant survey results; our impressions during face-to-face interview; and skills testing. Client interviews and education verification also take place where applicable.

During the entire hiring process, Staffing Specialists communicate progress reports. We always want to make sure that the job description and timeline are the same as first known when taking the job order.

Once a compatible employee has been decided by our clients, or at the time of a formal job offer, a comprehensive new employee orientation takes place. Pre-employment drug screen and credit and/or criminal background check may also be performed where applicable. Our goal is to present the “right fit” for your business.
